Biathlon Programs

The sport of biathalon combines two skills: ski endurance and rifle marksmanship.  It also teaches firearm safety along with skiing and shooting skills.  We have the following lessons for a variety of ages and abilities:

  • Biathlon Juniors – A program for ages 8-12 from 12:15- 13:15 Saturdays.
  • Biathlon Seniors – A program for experienced 13-19 year olds and adults.  This program is not active in 2009-10.
  • Biathlon Adults – A program for adults. This program is not active in 2009-10..
Fees for the junior and adult biathlon programs are $250 for the season, and includes registration, Biathlon Canada/NWT membership, rifle rental and ammunition.  Additional fees may apply depending on program needs.   Coach:  Paul Green and Ray Bethke
