The Yellowknife Ski Club board structure includes an Executive Committee (President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary and Past President) and eight Directors. The Board of Directors typically meets the second Monday of each month at 7:30pm in the main chalet.  Members are welcome. 

An annual general meeting is also held in May.
